This person was deeply trusted by Rheagar.

And Zeller was worthy of Rheagar’s trust.

"This is all the information. I’ll tell you as you read.”
Matthew did not hesitate.
The envelope wasn’t sealed, and several thin pieces of paper slipped out after the red string was untied.
