Coming around, Hu Ma finds himself pierced by iron hooks through his scapulae. For several days, he has been forced to eat some disgusting red meat everyday by an old woman and a little girl who have been keeping him in the house. He has tried to flee but failed due to a sea of evil spirits outside.
